At AuraHerb, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using authentic herbal ingredients. Due to the personal-care nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and freshness, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy.

Please read the following carefully.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed skincare products.

However, we do accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product arrived damaged or leaked

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund, depending on the situation

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or aroma (natural herbal products may vary)

  • Skin reactions due to individual sensitivity

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse

We always recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

AuraHerb products are made with natural and herbal ingredients. While formulated to be gentle, results and reactions may vary based on individual skin type, sensitivity, and usage.

AuraHerb is not responsible for allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly listed.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
